PROJECT DETAILS
Our team were engaged to handle this delicate and methodical project for our long-term client. Given the parameters faced, this project required strategic staging to accommodate for a live environment ensuring customers and tenants were not impeded. Scope of works included new external paving, DDA compliant ramps, painting of entire centre façade, structural and aesthetic upgrades to centre roof structure, engineering and installation of internal custom steel curtain feature system.
